Steve Yoder Wisconsin Basketball Coach 1982 - 1992

We don't know why but we decided to look up Steve Yoder coach of the Badger Basketball team from 1982 through 1992 and see what he has been up to. After leaving the Badgers he became a scout for the Pacers and is currently a scout for the Knicks. Boy how have times changed around the UW Badger basketball program, of course we knew that and remember the helpless feeling of watching a Yoder led team get slaughtered but then again stats some it up nicely so here is Yoder's record with the Badgers.

  1. Steve Yoder laid a foundation for future success of Wisconsin basketball. The record does not reflect the progress that was made during that period.
Any real Wisconsin fan recognizes and appreciates what he did for Wisconsin basketball.

  2. Would tend to say the real "winning foundation" was built by Dick Bennett.
