UW Badgers -6
Michigan Tech -0
The young UW Badgers hockey team might just be finding its footing as they swept Michigan Tech to extend there winning streak to three games. On Saturday the Badgers used five power play goals and much improved goal tending from Gudmandson to win by a score of 6-0. Mike Eaves still is not happy though with the Badgers play on offense at even strength. The power play though has definitely seen improvement as the Badgers started the season 0-16 with the advantage and went 5 for 7 on Saturday. The five power play goals are the most by the Badgers since 1995 at the Colosseum. Blake Geoffrion has improved his play around the net and scored 2 of the Badgers goals.
